YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE

• Evidence you can honour the rental contract payments
• Proof of residence and identification (100 points of ID)
• 90 days of bank statements with income details.(done via online credit sense link)
• Centrelink statement with income details.(done via online credit sense link)
• Three (3) personal references.
